• [jQuery] Multi-Select Dropdown (Tag Box): Default values are not displayed, and Tag Box becomes unresponsive (#7362)

• [Knockout] When "Panel expand state" is set to "Collapsed", a panel becomes collapsed on the design surface in Survey Creator (#7373)
